Thank you for choosing Alina Holistic Health and Training for your wellness session. To maximize the benefits of your treatment and ensure optimal recovery and relaxation, please follow these aftercare guidelines:

1. Hydration

  • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during your treatment.

2. Rest and Relax

  • Take time to rest and avoid strenuous activities for the next 24 hours to allow your body to fully absorb the treatment benefits.

3. Avoid Heat

  • Refrain from hot baths, saunas, or any heat treatments for 24 hours to prevent overstimulation of your system.

4. Nourish Your Body

  • Eat light, healthy meals to maintain energy and aid your body’s healing process.

5. Monitor Your Reactions

  • It’s normal to experience mild soreness, fatigue, or light-headedness after a session. These are signs your body is responding to the treatment. Contact us if any discomfort persists.

6. Follow-Up Care

  • Schedule your next session or follow-up treatment as advised by your therapist to continue the healing journey and maintain wellness.​​​

  • All therapies include a full confidential consultation. This is an important part of the therapy and usually takes between 10 and 15 minutes.

  • The aim of the consultation is to establish the client's objectives, medical history and lifestyle to enable the therapist to treat the client holistically.

  • Occasionally, certain medical conditions may prevent a massage taking place and consent may be required from your GP or Consultant.
