We provide professional training in Reiki, massage, holistic therapies, wellness, and personal development. Our courses are designed to support personal growth, professional development, and ethical practice, whether you are learning for self-development or working towards professional application.

This Learner Handbook & Code of Practice sets out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, before, during, and after your training.

3. Scope of Training & Learner Responsibility
Our courses are educational and developmental in nature.
As a learner, you understand that:

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and self-care during training

Training does not constitute therapy or medical treatment

You are expected to work within your level of training and competence

Certification confirms course completion, not automatic professional suitability
If at any point a practice or topic feels overwhelming, you are encouraged to pause, ground yourself, and seek appropriate support.

Learners are expected to:

Follow guidance for practical work, posture, hygiene, and self-care
For online learning, learners are responsible for:

For online and blended courses:

Learners are expected to engage respectfully and professionally

Recorded materials are for personal use only

Live sessions (where applicable) should be attended punctually
Consistent engagement is essential for learning integration and certification.

8. Assessments, Evidence & Certification
Where assessments apply, learners must:

Complete all required coursework, reflections, or case studies

Meet the learning outcomes outlined in the course
Certificates are issued once all requirements are met.

Learners may:

Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute materials

Teach course content as their own unless licensed or qualified to do so

10. Professional Conduct & Ethical Practice
Learners are expected to:

Maintain appropriate boundaries
Unethical or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from a course without refund.

11. Communication, Support & Response Times
Support is available via:

Response times are typically within 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Support is educational in nature and does not replace therapeutic or clinical care.

12. Feedback, Complaints & Resolution
