Return & Refund Policy

​1. Treatments & Clinic Services

All treatments and therapy sessions at Alina Holistic Health & Training are provided by appointment only and are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will be charged in full as outlined in the Clinic Terms & Conditions.

  • If a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to another appointment date.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed treatments under any circumstances, except where a legal right applies.

2. Courses & Digital Products

All training courses, e-books, digital manuals, and online materials are classed as digital content under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Because course materials are accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

A refund may only be considered if:

  • You have not yet accessed the course content.

  • You request cancellation in writing within 48 hours of purchase.

Refund requests must be emailed to alinaholistichealth@gmail.com, quoting your full name, course title, and payment details.

If a course becomes unavailable or is withdrawn by the Academy, you will be offered either:

  • A transfer to another course of equal value, or

  • A full refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days using the original payment method.

3. Retail & Affiliate Products

We retail selected holistic and wellness products through trusted partners, including Neal’s Yard Remedies (NYR Organic) and Bookshop.org.
All purchases made via affiliate links are subject to the supplier’s own returns and refund policies, which can be found on their respective websites.

  • Products purchased directly through NYR Organic or Bookshop.org must be returned in accordance with their returns process.

  • Alina Holistic Health & Training cannot accept returned goods, process refunds, or exchange items bought through affiliate links.

4. Gift Vouchers & Pre-Paid Treatments

  • Gift vouchers and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

  • If cancelled within the 24-hour notice period, the voucher will be forfeited.

  • All vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before expiry.

  • Please include your full name, order number, purchase date, and reason for your request.

  • All refund requests are handled confidentially and in accordance with UK Consumer Law and our Data Protection Policy (ICO Reg. ZC030889).
