Service Description
Aromatherapy Massage Therapy combines personalised massage with a carefully selected blend of essential oils. The treatment is designed to encourage relaxation, ease everyday muscular tension and create a calming sensory wellbeing experience. Your preferences, sensitivities and treatment goals are discussed before the session. The aromatherapy blend, pressure and treatment areas are adapted to your comfort throughout. What to expect: • A brief consultation before treatment • A personalised aromatherapy blend, where suitable • Massage adapted to your preferred pressure and priority areas • Appropriate draping and ongoing consent • Personalised aftercare advice Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose or treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormonal conditions, pain disorders or other medical problems and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Individual responses to aromas and massage vary, and no specific health outcome can be guaranteed. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have asthma, epilepsy, allergies, fragrance sensitivity, migraine triggered by scent, active skin conditions, recent surgery, are undergoing cancer treatment or require medical clearance or adaptations. Essential oils will be selected and diluted appropriately and will not be used where a sensitivity or contraindication is identified. Aftercare: Allow time to rest, avoid strongly fragranced products immediately afterwards if you are sensitive, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
