Service Description
Chakra Alignment for Emotional Recovery is a Crystal Reiki session centred on chakra awareness, calm reflection and spiritual wellbeing. Crystals may be placed around or, with your consent, gently on the clothed body while Reiki is offered through light touch or with the practitioner’s hands held above the body. The session draws on traditional Reiki and chakra-based spiritual practices. Crystal selection, positioning and the use of touch are discussed before treatment and adapted to your preferences. What to expect: • A brief, confidential consultation • A fully clothed Crystal Reiki treatment • Crystals selected and positioned with your consent • Light touch or a completely hands-off session, according to your preference • Quiet time afterwards to settle and reflect Important: Chakras and crystal energy are spiritual concepts rather than medically established diagnostic systems. This treatment does not diagnose, treat or cure trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD or any other mental or physical health condition and is not a substitute for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy or crisis support. Individual experiences vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Please tell the therapist if lying in one position is uncomfortable, you require mobility or sensory adaptations, you have an implanted medical device that affects comfortable positioning, or you prefer no crystals to touch the body. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, feel unsafe or are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, seek urgent support from an appropriate healthcare or emergency service rather than booking a complementary therapy session. Aftercare: Allow yourself quiet time if needed, drink according to your normal needs and notice your personal response without expecting a particular reaction or result.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
