Service Description
Hot Stone Tension Release Therapy combines massage with the comforting warmth of smooth heated stones. The treatment is designed to ease muscular tension, encourage relaxation and create a deeply soothing wellbeing experience. The stones may be placed on selected areas or used as massage tools. Temperature, pressure and treatment areas are adapted throughout according to your comfort and preferences. What to expect: • A brief consultation before treatment • Careful temperature checks throughout the session • Heated stones combined with flowing massage techniques • Pressure and treatment areas adapted to your needs • Appropriate draping and ongoing consent Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose or treat pain, inflammation, circulatory, neurological or other medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical assessment or care. Please seek medical advice for persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening symptoms. This treatment may not be suitable if you have reduced heat sensation, neuropathy, uncontrolled diabetes, an active infection or fever, acute inflammation or injury, fragile or broken skin, a suspected or confirmed blood clot, significant cardiovascular or circulatory concerns, or a condition affected by heat. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, have had recent surgery or require medical clearance or treatment adaptations. Aftercare: Allow time to cool gradually, rest if needed, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
