Service Description

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic treatment using light, precise movements. It is designed to support natural lymphatic flow and provide a calming, restorative experience. This treatment may be suitable for clients seeking gentle massage, relaxation, or support with a temporary feeling of puffiness or heaviness. Pressure remains light throughout and the session can be adapted to your comfort and wellbeing goals. What to expect: • Slow, repetitive and gentle massage movements • Treatment adapted to the areas agreed during consultation • A quiet, deeply relaxing experience • Aftercare guidance tailored to you Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment and is not a medical treatment or a substitute for medical assessment or care. If you have persistent or unexplained swelling, lymphoedema, recent surgery, active cancer treatment, heart or kidney disease, a current infection, fever, suspected blood clot or another medical concern, please obtain advice from your GP or relevant medical specialist before booking. Post-operative treatment is provided only when appropriate medical clearance has been obtained. Aftercare: Drink water normally, rest if needed and follow any personalised advice given after your session. Please contact an appropriate healthcare professional if you experience new, worsening or unexplained symptoms.
