Service Description
Botanical Rejuvenation Facial is a Neal’s Yard organic facial using botanical skincare, aromatherapy and massage. Products are selected following a brief skin consultation. The treatment combines professional skincare with a choice of scalp or hand massage for a calm, sensory facial experience. What to expect: • Gentle cleansing and exfoliation • Aromatherapy facial massage • Organic mask selected for your skin • Neal’s Yard Remedies serum and moisturiser • Choice of scalp or hand massage Important: This is a cosmetic facial treatment. Natural and organic ingredients can still cause sensitivity, and no specific skin result can be guaranteed. This treatment may not be suitable with active skin infection, open wounds, severe acne, highly inflamed skin, recent chemical peels, laser or cosmetic procedures, or known allergies to botanical ingredients or essential oils. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities and medication during consultation. Aftercare: Allow the products to remain on the skin after treatment where comfortable. Avoid excessive heat, vigorous exercise and exfoliation for the period advised.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
