Reflexology Therapy
A calming pressure-point treatment for the feet, hands or ears, supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Service Description
Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy in which gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet, hands or ears. The treatment is based on traditional reflexology principles and is tailored to your comfort, preferences and wellbeing goals. Clients commonly choose reflexology for relaxation, quiet time and a greater sense of overall wellbeing. Individual experiences vary, and no specific medical outcome can be guaranteed. What to expect: • A brief consultation before treatment • Gentle, focused pressure adapted to your comfort • A calm and restorative treatment environment • Simple, personalised aftercare advice Important: Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Please seek medical advice for persistent, unexplained or worsening symptoms. Please contact the clinic before booking if you have a recent foot, ankle, hand or ear injury; an active infection, open wound or contagious skin condition in the treatment area; a suspected or confirmed blood clot; a serious circulatory condition; or any health concern that may require treatment adaptation. Pregnancy is not automatically a contraindication, but please disclose it during booking so suitability can be assessed. Aftercare: Allow yourself time to rest, drink according to your normal needs and notice how you feel after the session. Responses vary from person to person.
