Service Description
Emotional Reset Energy Healing is a Reiki-based session created for clients seeking calm, reflection and dedicated time for themselves. The treatment takes place in a quiet, supportive environment and may be received either with light touch or with the practitioner’s hands held just above the body. You remain fully clothed throughout. Your preferences, boundaries and comfort are discussed before the session, and no touch is used without your clear consent. What to expect: • A brief, confidential consultation • A fully clothed Reiki-based treatment • Light touch or hands held above the body, according to your preference • A calm and unhurried treatment environment • Time afterwards to settle and reflect Important: Reiki is a complementary spiritual and wellbeing practice. This session does not diagnose, treat or cure trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD or any other mental or physical health condition and is not a substitute for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy or crisis support. Individual experiences vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Please tell the therapist if lying in one position is uncomfortable, you require mobility or sensory adaptations, or you prefer a completely hands-off session. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, feel unsafe or are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, seek urgent support from an appropriate healthcare or emergency service rather than booking a complementary therapy session. Aftercare: Allow yourself quiet time if needed, drink according to your normal needs and notice your personal response without expecting a particular reaction or result.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
