Service Description
This deeply restorative treatment is shaped entirely around what your body and mind need most. Whether you're holding tension in a specific area or feeling generally overwhelmed, this massage is customised to offer targeted relief, emotional support, and reconnection. Using a bespoke blend of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and energy-balancing touch, the session will focus on the areas you identify during your consultation. You’re welcome to simply tell us what you need, or let us guide you intuitively on the day. What to expect: ~ Focused work on areas of discomfort or tension ~ Blended massage techniques adapted to your needs ~ Therapeutic aromatherapy oils ~ Herbal tea post-treatment to support integration Ideal for: ~ Chronic muscle tightness and stiffness ~ Stress and anxiety ~ Feeling emotionally or energetically “frozen” ~ Cold body types or seasonal sluggishness (great in autumn/winter)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
