Service Description
Women’s Balance Harmonising Massage is a nurturing, personalised treatment created for women seeking relaxation, comfort and time to reconnect with themselves. Gentle massage techniques and carefully selected Neal’s Yard organic products are used to create a calm, supportive wellbeing experience. The session is tailored to your preferences and may focus on areas such as the back, shoulders, scalp, arms or legs. Any abdominal work is optional and is included only with your clear consent. What to expect: • A brief, confidential consultation • A treatment plan adapted to your comfort and preferences • Gentle, flowing massage techniques • Carefully selected organic products • Appropriate draping and ongoing consent Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or regulate hormonal, menstrual, menopausal, mental-health or other medical conditions, and it is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening symptoms. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, have had recent surgery, have an active infection or fever, have a suspected or confirmed blood clot, are undergoing cancer treatment, or have a health condition that may require medical clearance or treatment adaptations. Product ingredients and sensitivities will be discussed during consultation. Aftercare: Allow time to rest, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
