What Is It?

Muscle Tension Relief Therapy is my tailored approach to what many know as Swedish massage, but this isn’t a cookie-cutter “spa” experience. It’s a therapeutic, focused session designed to help women reset the body’s tension patterns caused by stress, posture, and emotional overload.

I use gentle-to-moderate pressure with flowing strokes that work along the direction of blood flow and lymph, helping to calm the nervous system while manually releasing superficial muscular tightness.



What Is It For?

This treatment is ideal if you:

  • Feel physically tense but can’t pinpoint why

  • Wake up with tight shoulders or stiff joints

  • Are overstimulated, anxious, or have trouble relaxing

  • Experience postural fatigue from sitting or standing all day

  • Just need time to breathe, slow down, and feel your body again



Why It Works

When you're constantly in “go” mode, your body holds tension in the background — even when you're resting. This therapy works with your nervous system, not just your muscles.

What to Expect

Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. You’ll be warm, supported, and covered throughout. I’ll work on your full body or focus where you need it most — back, neck, legs, or shoulders. You may feel light, sleepy, or emotional afterwards. That’s your body releasing.
