Firm & Flow Body Ritual is a personalised massage and body-care treatment designed to support relaxation, body confidence and a refreshed sense of wellbeing. Focused massage techniques are combined with carefully selected products to leave the skin feeling smooth, nourished and cared for. The treatment can focus on areas such as the thighs, hips, buttocks, abdomen or upper arms. Treatment areas, pressure and draping are agreed during consultation, and your comfort and consent remain central throughout. What to expect: • A brief, confidential consultation • Focused massage adapted to your comfort • Carefully selected body-care products • Clear consent before each treatment area • Appropriate draping and personalised aftercare Important: This is a cosmetic wellbeing treatment. It does not remove fat, cause weight loss, treat lipedema or lymphoedema, permanently reduce cellulite, or diagnose or treat any medical condition. The appearance and texture of skin vary naturally, and individual experiences and temporary cosmetic effects may differ. No specific or lasting result can be guaranteed. This treatment may not be suitable over inflamed, infected, bruised or broken skin; acute injuries; painful or unexplained swelling; suspected or confirmed blood clots; or immediately after surgery. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant, have varicose veins, reduced sensation, a diagnosed circulatory or lymphatic condition, are undergoing cancer treatment, or require medical clearance or adaptations. Aftercare: Allow the skin to settle, avoid intense heat or vigorous exercise if the area feels sensitive, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
