Training & Academy Terms & Conditions
1. Enrolment & Access

Enrolment is confirmed once full payment has been received through the secure online system.

Upon enrolment, students receive access to the course materials via their personal learning account on the Alina Holistic Health & Training platform.

All courses are self-paced and can be studied entirely online.

2. Eligibility & Professional Responsibility

Students must be at least 18 years old to enrol in professional or accredited training programmes.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen course is suitable for their needs and professional goals.

All information provided at enrolment must be accurate and complete.

3. Payments

All course fees are paid in full at the time of enrolment via the secure online payment system.

Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once course access has been granted.

4. Course Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated, students receive lifetime access to all online materials and resources for personal educational use.

Alina Holistic Health & Training reserves the right to update, improve, or replace materials periodically to maintain quality and accreditation standards.

5. Certification

Certificates of completion are issued digitally upon successful completion of all modules, assessments, and tutor review (where applicable).

Certificates will display the academy’s accreditation credentials (e.g., IPHM, UKRLP number, and course approval reference).

Physical certificates may be available upon request for an additional administrative fee.

6. Refunds & Withdrawals

Due to the digital nature of the courses and instant access to materials, no refunds are issued after enrolment.

If access issues occur due to a technical fault, support will be provided to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds are only considered if the course has not been accessed and a written request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Course Content & Updates

All training materials are the intellectual property of Alina Holistic Health & Training.

Students are granted a non-transferable licence to use materials for personal study only.

Reproduction, resale, or distribution of course materials, manuals, videos, or meditations is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of copyright may result in the removal of access and further legal action.

8. Academic Integrity & Conduct

Students are expected to complete assessments and case studies honestly and independently.

Plagiarism, falsified case studies, or unethical behaviour may result in disqualification and revocation of certification.

Respectful communication with tutors and other students is expected at all times.

9. Accreditation & Professional Memberships

All courses are accredited and recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP No. 10099161).

Graduates are responsible for checking their eligibility for professional membership or insurance with their chosen provider.

10. Course Amendments & Availability

Alina Holistic Health & Training reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw courses where necessary to maintain educational quality or accreditation compliance.

Where a course is withdrawn, reasonable notice will be provided, and alternative options may be offered.

11. Disclaimer

All content and instruction are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

Courses are not a substitute for medical training and do not entitle the student to diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions unless legally qualified to do so.

12. Data Protection

All student information is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data is stored securely and used solely for course administration, certification, and accreditation purposes.

13. Complaints Procedure

Students who wish to raise a concern should contact the academy in writing at alinaholistichealth@gmail.com

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and handled confidentially.

14. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
