LED Light Therapy Mask Luxury Signature is a structured facial combining professional skincare with an LED mask. The treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, skincare and massage. The LED mask and products are selected following a brief consultation and are used only when suitable for your skin, health and comfort. What to expect: • Gentle cleanse, toning and exfoliation • LED light therapy mask • Hydrating serum and facial massage • Nourishing mask • Eye and lip care • Moisturisation and protection Important: This is a cosmetic facial treatment. It does not diagnose or treat acne, pigmentation, skin ageing or other dermatological conditions, and no specific result can be guaranteed. This treatment may not be suitable with photosensitivity, light-sensitive epilepsy, active skin infection, open wounds, severe inflammation, or medication known to cause light sensitivity. Please disclose medical conditions, medication and recent facial procedures during consultation. Aftercare: Allow the skin to settle after treatment. Avoid excessive heat, vigorous exercise and additional intensive facial treatments for the period advised.

Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
