Retinol Anti-Ageing Luxury Facial is a structured cosmetic facial using professional retinol skincare products, massage and warm towels. Product suitability is checked during a brief skin consultation. The protocol includes four stages using products from the professional Retinol Anti-Ageing range. What to expect: • Cleanse ~ Retinol Anti-Ageing Cream Cleanser, Toner, Retinol Anti-Ageing Gel Exfoliation, and Warm Towel • Treat ~ Retinol Gel Eye Treatment, Facial Massage, Retinol Anti-Ageing Mask, Hands or Neck Massage, and Warm Towel • Repair ~ Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Facial Serum and Retinol Skin Brightener • Hydrate and Protect ~ Retinol Day Cream SPF 20 or Retinol Night Cream, and Lip Balm Moisture Important: Product names describe the skincare range. This cosmetic facial does not guarantee that it will reverse ageing, remove wrinkles or produce a specific result. This treatment may not be suitable when using prescription retinoids or acne medication, or with highly sensitive or compromised skin, active dermatitis, eczema, rosacea flare, cold sores, open wounds, sunburn, or recent waxing, peels, laser, microneedling, injectables or facial surgery. Please disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, medication and current skincare. Aftercare: Avoid additional retinol, exfoliation, waxing, excessive heat and intensive facial treatments for the period advised. Protect the skin from direct sun exposure.

Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
