Therapeutic Massage is a personalised treatment combining suitable massage techniques around your comfort, priorities and wellbeing goals. Rather than following one fixed routine, the session is planned after consultation and may focus on relaxation, muscular tension or specific areas that feel tired or overworked. Pressure, pace, positioning and treatment areas are agreed with you and adapted throughout. Only techniques within the therapist’s professional training and scope of practice are used. What to expect: • A brief consultation before treatment • A treatment plan tailored to your priority areas • Suitable massage techniques adapted to your comfort • Appropriate draping and ongoing consent • Personalised aftercare advice Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose, rehabilitate or treat injuries, chronic pain, spinal, neurological or other medical conditions and is not a substitute for assessment or treatment from a doctor, physiotherapist, osteopath or other regulated healthcare professional. Please seek appropriate advice for persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening symptoms. This treatment may not be suitable over acute injuries, recent fractures, active inflammation, infection, fever, open wounds, unexplained swelling or suspected blood clots. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, take anticoagulant medication, have osteoporosis, are undergoing cancer treatment or require medical clearance or treatment adaptations. Aftercare: Allow time to rest, move gently, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after your session. Temporary mild tenderness can occur after focused massage; seek medical advice if symptoms are significant or persistent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
