Abdominal Massage Therapy is a gentle, personalised treatment focused on the abdominal area. Using slow, comfortable movements, the session is designed to ease muscular tension, encourage relaxation and support a greater sense of connection with the body. Clients may choose this treatment when the abdomen feels tense or when they would like a calm, nurturing wellbeing experience. Pressure and positioning are adapted throughout, and your comfort, consent and privacy remain central to the session. What to expect: • A confidential consultation before treatment • Gentle massage adapted to your comfort • Clear consent before the abdomen is touched • Supportive positioning and appropriate draping • Personalised aftercare advice Important: This is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It does not diagnose or treat digestive, gynaecological or other medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care. Please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening abdominal symptoms. This treatment is not suitable during acute abdominal pain, fever, active infection, vomiting or diarrhoea, unexplained swelling, suspected hernia, recent abdominal surgery without medical clearance, or when urgent medical assessment may be required. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, have an abdominal or pelvic health condition, or are undergoing medical treatment so suitability and any adaptations can be discussed. Aftercare: Allow time to rest, drink according to your normal needs and follow any personalised advice provided after the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
