Total Rebalance Ritual Service Description: Indulge in a luxurious full-body wellness ritual that leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored. A full-body reset to detox, relax, and renew. Includes 30-minute infrared sauna, 45-minute bespoke massage, and 15-minute herbal tea recovery. Choose from Detox, Sleep, Glow, or Focus Superblends Tea, a delicious range of herbal teas and infusions expertly blended with botanicals, natural fruits, vitamins, and minerals. What to Expect: • Please arrive 5 minutes early to start your session on time. • You’ll begin with a 30-minute Infrared Sauna – towels, water, and guidance provided. • After your sauna, you’ll receive a 45-minute massage tailored to your needs. • Your session ends with 15 minutes of recovery and a herbal tea experience using Superblends Herbal Tea. Total time: 90 minutes, including tea and changing. Contraindications – Not Suitable For: • Recent injury, surgery, or open wounds • Heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure • Pregnancy (Infrared Sauna is not advised during pregnancy) • Severe skin conditions or acute inflammation • Heat sensitivity or intolerance Aftercare Advice – To Support Integration Hydrate deeply – Support detoxification and fluid balance Rest gently – Allow your body to continue processing heat and release Limit caffeine & stimulants – Honour your body’s calm Reflect or journal – Tune in to insights or emotions that may arise A complete holistic reset, perfect for anyone needing full-body recovery, stress relief, or a moment of calm in their week.

Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
