Emotional support in a calm, nurturing space It’s been a difficult time for many, emotionally, mentally, and physically. This one-to-one counselling session offers you a safe, confidential space to pause, breathe, and talk through what’s on your mind with a qualified counsellor. You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful therapy room, with the option to include a calming sensory add-on to help you feel grounded as the session begins: 👐 Hot mittens for hands – soothing warmth to release tension and bring comfort 🦶 Hot booties for feet – ideal for emotional grounding and nervous system support 💆♀️ Gentle face mask – promoting stillness, softness, and inner calm ☕ A warm herbal tea or wellness drink – to nourish the body and soothe the senses before or after your session These small touches offer physical comfort and energetic balance, creating a whole-body sense of safety as you begin your inner work. This session is for anyone feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or in need of quiet support. You don’t need to have all the answers, just a willingness to begin. 💬 Private and confidential 🌿 Includes optional holistic comforts: hot mittens (hands or feet), face mask, and a calming herbal drink 🧘♀️ Held in a welcoming, therapeutic environment designed for rest and reflection
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, we will endeavour to fill your appointment with another client and if we are successful your payment will be used to secure your next appointment or refunded. If we receive less than 24 hours notice and we are not able to fill the slot, then you will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
