Stimulates reflex zones to improve hormonal balance, digestive health, and circulation.
Service Description
Reflexology 👣✨ Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, this holistic therapy helps to restore balance, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being. Benefits of Reflexology: ✔️ Relieves Stress & Tension – Encourages deep relaxation and mental clarity. ✔️ Improves Circulation – Enhances blood flow, supporting better oxygenation of the body. ✔️ Aids in Detoxification – Stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to flush out toxins. ✔️ Balances the Nervous System – Supports the body's natural healing processes. ✔️ Boosts Energy Levels – Helps to relieve fatigue and restore vitality. ✔️ Supports Digestive & Hormonal Health – Aids in digestion and balances endocrine function. Contraindications – When to Avoid This Treatment: 🚫 Recent foot, ankle, or hand injuries. 🚫 Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clotting disorders. 🚫 Severe circulatory conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, varicose veins). 🚫 Infections, open wounds, or contagious skin conditions on the feet or hands. 🚫 Pregnancy (unless performed by a qualified maternity reflexologist). Aftercare Advice – Enhancing the Benefits: 💧 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the treatment. 😌 Rest & Relax – Allow your body to absorb the benefits fully. 🌀 Possible Reactions – You may feel emotional, sleepy, or notice mild detox symptoms such as increased urination—this is a natural part of the healing process. 🦶 Keep Feet Warm – Reflexology promotes circulation, so wearing warm socks can enhance the effects. 🌿 Listen to Your Body – If you feel the need to slow down or rest, honor that feeling. ✨ Step into relaxation and let your body restore its natural balance! ✨
