Service Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage A gentle, specialised massage using light, slow and rhythmic movements to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. This calming treatment may help ease feelings of puffiness, heaviness and fluid retention while promoting deep relaxation. What may this treatment support? • Feelings of puffiness or heaviness • Mild fluid retention • Relaxation and general wellbeing • A sense of lightness following treatment • Post-treatment or post-surgical wellbeing, when medical approval has been provided What to expect The treatment uses very light, precise movements rather than deep pressure. Depending on your consultation and individual needs, the session may focus on areas such as the neck, abdomen, arms or legs. Important information This treatment is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please seek medical advice before booking if you have unexplained or persistent swelling, a diagnosed lymphatic condition, a history of cancer treatment, recent surgery, heart or kidney problems, circulation concerns or any other significant medical condition. The treatment is not suitable if you currently have: • An active infection, fever or acute illness • A suspected or confirmed blood clot or DVT • Uncontrolled heart or kidney disease • Unexplained swelling that has not been medically assessed Aftercare Drink water normally, avoid strenuous activity immediately afterwards and allow time to rest. Individual responses vary, and no specific medical outcome can be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling​​ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot.  • If successful, your payment will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.  • If we are unable to fill the slot, a 100% late cancellation charge will apply. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment value. If you choose to shorten, cancel, or change part of your booking after arrival, the full cost of the originally booked treatment(s) will remain payable upon departure. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please cancel your session for your own wellbeing and that of others. In the event of severe weather conditions, please use your judgment and do not risk your safety to attend. If the clinic must close or appointments are cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be notified as early as possible. Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency, illness, or severe weather will generally not incur charges, but each case will be considered individually at the therapist’s discretion.
